We are very proud to be able to offer memorable fine art photography to our local community at a reasonable cost to the family, and we offer special pricing to local Kingston Springs/Pegram area weddings.  Glenna's commitment to each bride and groom is to work with each couple's budget and individual expectations, and therefore each event is preferrably quoted individually.  However, if you would prefer to purchase a 'package' please e-mail us and we'll send you a PDF of our suggestions.  Also, visit our 'very special specials' page, we occasionally offer wedding discounts there.  And please contact us for a in-studio free consultation. 

While some photographers offer packages stating 150, or 250, or 400 photos, our goal is to provide you as many quality images as possible.  In a four to five hour wedding, we normally provide 200 to 500 photos.  (Previews are typically available two to three weeks after the wedding.)  Both digital and film (if requested) will be shot, and at least one assistant will work with Glenna during your wedding. We prefer to book only one wedding per weekend, and we will never book more than one wedding a day! And if your wedding is scheduled on a weekday (Monday through Thursday), we will provide a discounted price.  Our wedding packages begin at $1295 for basic 5 hour coverage, and all packages include a print/album credit.  All packages/bookings can be custom structured to meet your individual needs and wants.  Please call the studio for a gratis consultation appointment to receive specific pricing for your individual wedding -- 615.952.0110. 

We offer a variety of wedding albums to choose from, from the artistic GraphiStudio 'magazine' albums printed in Milan, Italy, the Vienna albums from Album Crafters which offer an elegant handmade look featuring silk or leather covers and ribbon binding for your wedding treasures, and the traditional Art Leather and Renaissance leather albums.  Most recently we've added the very popular and a bit eclectic (some say funky, some say edgy) Finao and Seldex albums which feature metallic or glass or acrylic or fabric or photo covers ... these are some fun albums!  (Check them out at www.finaoonline.com!)

As you select your photographer, please give considerable thought not only to the pricing and visual appeal of your captured images, but also the quality and archival life of your reprints and albums. When you go to the expense of a professsional photographer, you should make sure you are also acquiring archival quality prints provided through a professional lab, properly coated and mounted.

 a la carte -- $200/hour
Some weddings only require a couple of hours, particularly if you are on a tight budget.  Therefore, we offer the a la carte service (2 hour minimum, paid in advance).  Also, weddings are a very historic time, and there are other activities you may want photographed in addition to your contract or purchased package --  bridal showers, bridesmaid luncheons, salon sessions, rehearsal dinner ....  Within a 30-mile radius of our studio a la carte bookings require a minimum payment of two hours at $200.00 per hour, paid in advance (maximum time for a la carte bookings is 4 hours, including travel time). If you are outside the 30 mile radius a mileage charge of $0.62 per mile will also apply, plus travel time at $50.00 per hour.  And we only book one event per day in case your special day requires more time.

PLEASE NOTE that while Glenna is the only photographer you are hiring, she is accompanied to most events by at least one assistant to help with equipment, posing, etc.

For events requiring over 5 hours of service, we ask that you please provide us with nourishment!

 All weddings require a signed contract and 50% retainer (non-refundable unless we are able to book another event for your reserved date) to hold your date, with the balance being due and payable two weeks before your ceremony.  You will be provided with a contract detailing all pertinent information during the initial consultation.
